Welcome to New Moon Collective. This website is owned and operated by SoR LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (1309 Coffen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801). New Moon Collective is a trade name of SoR LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SoR LLC, trading as New Moon Collective. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services or products shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Wyoming.

Payment & Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payments are securely authorized via Stripe or PayPal in USD ($).

Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us for any reason, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Handcrafted Nature: Our jewelry pieces are uniquely handcrafted by artisans in our production studio located in Bali, Indonesia. Due to the artisanal process, slight variations in finish, texture, and size may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Display Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
4. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Inclusive Duties

Fulfillment Origin: All physical products are carefully inspected, handcrafted, and dispatched directly from our production studio in Bali, Indonesia.

All-Inclusive Pricing (DDP): We ship all international and domestic US orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The final price displayed at checkout is fully inclusive of all import duties, customs clearance fees, and local sales taxes.

No Hidden Fees: Buyers will not be subject to additional fees, tariffs, or import tax invoices from customs authorities or the courier upon delivery. New Moon Collective assumes full responsibility for pre-clearing your shipment.

Delivery Liability: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for transit delays caused by mandatory customs inspections or unexpected postal carrier backlogs.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall New Moon Collective, our directors, officers, employees, or artisans be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
