Refund & Returns Policy

At New Moon Collective, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or change it. If you need to make changes, please email us immediately at hello@newmoon-collective.com

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange undamaged jewelry within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene regulations.

  • Custom-made pieces, sale items, discontinued products, and charity purchases are final sale.

 

How to Return Your Jewelry

Email: hello@newmoon-collective.com with your order number and reason for return.

Pack the jewelry securely in its original packaging, including all tags, pouches.

Ship to the return address provided by our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and safe delivery. We recommend using a tracked service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

New Moon Collective cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees. Parcels returned to us by the courier because of unpaid customs charges will also not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package goes missing, we’ll do our best to assist with the courier, but additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

​Chargebacks & Bank Disputes

We are committed to resolving any issues with care and efficiency. Please reach out to us at hello@newmoon-collective.com before filing a chargeback or bank dispute, as this may delay the resolution process.
Any fees incurred due to chargebacks remain the responsibility of the customer.
