At New Moon Collective, each order is prepared with care and intention. We are a small team and handle everything ourselves — thank you for your patience and understanding.
Processing Time
In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Origins
Orders will be shipped from Bali, Indonesia via DHL Express.
Delivery Time
Delivery times might change due to new (custom) regulations.
Standard delivery within Europe takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International orders shipped from Bali, Indonesia are sent via DHL Express and usually take 5–6 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Pre-Orders
Some of our pieces are handmade especially for you. Please allow up to 8 weeks for pre-orders to be completed and shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas or oversized packages.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
Please note: parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs fees cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@newmoon-collective.com
and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by courier or customs delays.
